How far in advance can I rent a dress?

You can book a dress up to 3-5 days in advance, and we will prepare and deliver it to you before your event.

Do you offer delivery and return services?

Yes! We provide both delivery and return services for your convenience.

Can I exchange the dress if it doesn’t fit?

If the dress doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange or a different dress within 24 hours of receiving it.

What are the deposit and damage insurance policies?

A refundable deposit equal to the dress price is required. The deposit will be fully refunded once the dress is returned in good condition. If there is any damage, additional charges may apply.

What should I do if I damage or lose the dress?

Please notify us as soon as possible. We will assess the damage and inform you of the applicable charges.
